How Much Work Will it Be Really?
Don’t worry, the AI Testing Cohort won’t be a huge time commitment! But we would appreciate your best effort at using CeemoChat regularly, answering our feedback requests, and attending a few 1:1 feedback sessions.
We intend to manage the testing cohort primarily via the Ceemo Galaxy Discord server, or via email as a backup.
Before the full spring release of CeemoChat, we’ll send participants access links to various testing platforms. Some may be within another environment of the Ceemo app, others may be entirely outside the Ceemo app on an independent testing platform. Either way, it will be the same proprietary Ceemo knowledge base.
We’ll ask you to use the CeemoChat chatbot regularly! Sometimes just on your own to see how it handles whatever questions and challenges you send its way. Sometimes we may ask you to give it certain prompts, or to access it through specific links.
Every so often, we’ll send out quick 5-10min feedback surveys, to capture answers to specific questions and gather your feedback.
Finally, we’ll ask you to attend a few quick 1:1 feedback sessions with our team, so we can talk to you directly, learn more about your experiences, and get to know you better too!
All in all, we’re not expecting too much of a time commitment – no more than 30mins to 1.5 hours per week.
But of course, we sure hope you’ll want to use CeemoChat more than that and that it’ll prove to be an invaluable tool for you and your startup!

And Reflecting On The Journey Here
Pardon me while I get a little sappy and sentimental for a moment.
2025 marks the 4-year anniversary of having started this company, originally as Perfectly Pitched. The official registration date isn’t until the summer, but LinkedIn recently reminded me that I officially started working on it in January of 2021.
Back when I thought this would only be a small consultancy through which I supported a single accelerator program.
It’s mind-boggling how far we’ve come. How many tough times we’ve survived. How many highs we’ve hit. How much our team has grown. How many founders we’ve helped along the way. How many grew to become friends.
Not to mention, just how much money we’ve helped them raise. (We have a ridiculously huge announcement about that coming up soon too, by the way.) I looked at the data recently. Our average raise per founder is $1.7 million.
One. Point. Seven. MILLION.
Now here we are, announcing something I didn’t think we’d be able to release until 2026 (maybe Q4 2025 if we were lucky.) And we’ve done it all despite raising far less than what a straight white man would have in the same time, with a far smaller team, and far fewer overall resources. We’ve overcome steeper odds, health challenges, inequality, and then some.
The fact that we’re here at all is a miracle I owe to my team. My co-founder. My developers. My designers. My sales team. My investors.
My friends. All of them.
I cannot thank you enough. For believing in me, for your support, your unending faith. For your brilliance, tenacity, ingenuity, and professionalism. For your kindness, laughter, positivity, and in-jokes. (For all the reroutes through Cleveland too.)
You have made all of this possible and I will always be profoundly grateful for each and every one of you.
